What if Trump Told Us The Truth? What If He WAS Extorted By Stormy Daniels?

Submitted by Robin Messing on Wed, 08/07/2024 - 4:10pm

All right, boys and girls, gather round. Are you a Trump supporter? Welcome. Please come in. You are especially welcome today. In fact, today you get to go to the head of the line and take the comfiest seats so you can hear this wondrous “WHAT IF” story I’m about to tell.

Oh, I know I've been mean to your favorite President in the past. I've said that if he were Pinocchio, his nose would bump into the Andromeda Galaxy. And I've been rude to you as well. I've called you "Trumpanzees" hundreds of times on social media because I thought Trump had made monkeys out of you. (I know. Chimpanzees are apes and not monkeys, but I took poetic license.)

Well, not today. At least, not in this post. Today's message is too important for such childish nonsense. Today I have a sincere and heartfelt question I must ask you. A question involving Donald Trump and our national security. A question of "WHAT IF". I need to provide a little background before asking my big "WHAT IF" question.

Using Occam's Razor To Cut Through the Claim That There Was No Collusion Between Trump and Russia

RealClearPolitics posted Hugh Hewitt's interview with Bob Woodward under the headline, "Woodward: No Evidence Of Trump-Russia Collusion, I Searched For Two Years".  And indeed, the following exchange did occur between Hewitt and Woodward.

"Very last question, Bob Woodward, I just want to confirm, at the end of two years of writing this book, this intensive effort, you saw no effort, you, personally, had no evidence of collusion or espionage by the president presented to you?" Hewitt asked.

"That is correct," Woodward said.

This is, on its face, a stunning statement. It needs to be examined more closely.

Why Congressman Tom Reed Should Protect the Mueller Investigation--Evidence of Collusion and Blackmail

Donald Trump's weak performance at Helsinki was so outrageous that even many of his Republican supporters have expressed outrage or at least embarrassment. Former Tea Party Congressman Joe Walsh was perhaps the most outraged. When you read the following series of tweets you should keep in mind that he is no Extreme Ithaca Liberal. In fact, during the 2016 campaign Walsh tweeted, "if Trump loses, I'm grabbing my musket". Walsh is singing a very different tune now.

Did Donald Trump Blackmail Roger Ailes?

Submitted by Robin Messing on Wed, 07/13/2016 - 4:00pm

Gretchen Carlson is suing Fox News Director Roger Ailes for quid pro quo sexual harassment.  She claims that he fired her because she refused to sleep with him.    Unfortunately for Ailes, New York Magazine columnist Gabriel Sherman wrote that at least 6 more women have stepped forward  accusing him of sexual harassment or attempted rape.
